Where a client has a specified project that has been selected to be outsourced, or they need an injection of managerial support to deliver a project that is falling behind schedule, e-ppl have the skills and experience to deliver.
To give an example of a current project; we are working with a major first tier automotive supplier, to provide 25 people of various levels, on a long-term contract basis to meet production demands. By using e-ppl labour this gives the benefits of a stable workforce rather than agency workers, whilst removing all the fixed costs, payroll issues and associated ‘people issues’ which come with employing these personnel directly.
Another example of a major project is where we successfully delivered an outsourced project involving an e-ppl project team of around 100 people working on a new vehicle launch for a prestigious Midlands based vehicle manufacturer comprising of Drivers, Vehicle Technicians, Auto Electricians, Vehicle Inspectors and the management team to support the initial 3-4 months of the new vehicle launch phase.
