nursery manager
An experienced and qualified nursery manager is required for a day nursery in Beaconsfield Buckinghamshire. They will be required to oversee the day to day running of the nursery, deal with staff, parents and other early years professionals.
To Implement the EYFS to a high standard and have good sound knowledge of SENCO and Child Protection. Good leadership skills essential as the successful canidate will be responsible for managing staff, staff recruitment, staff induction and staff appraisals.
A candidate undertaking an early years degree would be ideal but all applicants with level 3 and above will be considered.
This is a great opportunity for a manager to run a small setting in a lovely enviornment and with plenty of support from the owner.
