Competitive Salary + Benefits
If you're a talented and ambitious nurse, make the most of your expertise, do what you do best and thrive on the challenge of providing our residents with the highest standards of care.
Taking full responsibility for all aspects of your dementia unit, you'll play a lead role at this modern, purpose-built, single storey home which has been designed and equipped specifically to provide nursing and residential care, convalescence and respite. Wentworth Croft has a dedicated house for specialist nursing and residential dementia care.
Looking after the wellbeing of our residents and thinking of new ways to do things even better at a home where every day is different, you'll help to make sure everything runs smoothly and everyone feels at home.
Enjoying plenty of autonomy and variety at the forefront of nursing and dementia care, your expertise will enable you to provide clinical leadership and deliver and monitor all aspects of care. An RN who can work as part of a wider multi-disciplinary community team, you must be able to co-ordinate rotas, lead by example and inspire your team of nurses and carers. Making sure that care plans are completed and residents are assessed and continually reassessed, you should be innovative, thrive on complex and interesting work and share our passion for making a real difference to the lives of our residents.
At Bupa Care Homes, we'll provide you with the industry leading training you need to take your career to the next level.
