Treasury Manager - Bracknell

My client, a Global IT Services Organisation requires a Treasury Manager to lead and have overall responsibility for the management of the day-to-day Treasury operations including interaction with the business units on Treasury matters and development of the Treasury infrastructure to support the day-to-day operations.

The Treasury manager will support the Group Treasurer in delivering all aspects of the Group's Treasury objectives which are to identify, measure, monitor and manage the financial risks of the Group to enhance shareholder value. They will also be responsible for the Group's FX hedging process including the review of new commercial deals for foreign exchange risk and the implementation of hedging strategies to mitigate currency risk

The Treasury Manager should have good Treasury experience gained in industry, including good experience managing or as a key part of an operations team within a larger established or start-up Treasury function in a FTSE environment.

Treasury Manager Essential Experience:
§ Experience of negotiating with banks/external parties and confident in all dealing related matters
§ Experience of working in a changing environment within a developing Treasury function
§ Experience of managing and developing direct reports
§ Ability to present information clearly to other Finance colleagues
