Telesales Agents £17.5K - £19K basic + £24K OTE un
Due to continued success and growth, we are now looking to recruit telesales agents to join our team. We are looking for ambitious, outgoing and motivated individuals with a proven track record of working in a target driven sales or telesales environment.
This is a telesales/appointment setting role in a targeted sales environment so previous telesales or telemarketing experience is essential. You should have a minimum of 1 year outbound telephone sales experience as well as be Word and Excel literate where attention to detail and accuracy is paramount.
The role will consist of making outbound B2B telesales calls with a focus on building up your pipeline of new business leads that you will manage to closure. Once clients are on board, you will look after them and earn commission on new clients starting and returning time and time again.
