Our client is a leading supplier of roofing materials, serving a wide range of trades in the building and construction markets. They are now seeking a Technical Support Analyst to join their team.

As a Technical Support Analyst, you will provide support for laptops, PCs and printers. In this hands-on role, you will install and support Microsoft and bespoke software and also provide support for the SAP B1 application. You will work with the management team to develop the SAP B1 application to meet business needs.

Working as part of the IT Service Desk team, you will support other manufacturing systems and maintain the telephone system and Servers as directed.

To be considered for this position, you must have:

- Experience of supporting and developing SAP B1 or other manufacturing systems
- Strong experience in a technical support role
- Experience of installing and supporting PCs, laptops and printers
- Customer service experience

As a Technical Support Analyst, you must have a proactive approach and a can-do attitude. You must have the ability to manage your own time and duties and prioritise your workload.
