We are looking to recruit a Technical Analyst/Technical Support consultant to join our IT support team based in Bedfordshire. The Technical Analyst/Technical Support key responsibilities include;
*Working with the wider business sections such as Development, Solutions and Sales to provide sound technical advice and guidance toward the continual improvement
*Providing technical services to internal and external customers working on Cutting edge technologies
*working effectively and flexibly with all other Technical teams to help collectively achieve targets across Technical Services
*Assisting the service desk in their investigations at a technical level
*Planning, leading and partaking in specified technical and operational projects

To apply for the role of Technical Analyst/Technical Support you will have the following:
*Educated to degree level (or equivalent) OR experience in Techincal Support
*Excellent troubleshooting skills
*People skills for building relationships with colleagues and customers at all levels
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Experience in installation, configuration and migration
*Previous practical experience in IT support in one or all of the following
+Oracle 10g/11g
+ SQL server 2005/8 (SSRS/SSAS)
+ Microsoft .NET (IIS 6 & 7)
+ Windows server 2003/2008 (32 & 64bit)
