We currently require a Support Officer for our Christchurch team to provide an effective support service to older people and residents with support needs and meet the requirements of our Supporting People contract through regular visits to residents in their own homes or sheltered housing schemes in order to deliver Sovereign's commitment to delivering quality support services.

Experience of working with older people and support planning within a welfare environment is essential, along with an understanding of Supporting People requirements and the needs of sheltered housing residents.

A full, current driving licence and access to your own transport is also needed.
