Staff Nurse
This is a fantastic opportunity for a focused individual to become a valued member of a Team
We are currently seeking an RMN or RGN with elderly-dementia experience to work in Private nursing home in the Cheshire area.
Based 8 miles from Crewe the home is set in a beautiful, tranquil and peaceful location and Offers its clients both a save, secure and loving retreat.
Coupled with an excellent manager, the home reflects a family feel environment which will enable the successful candidate to achieve a real sense of professional and personal fulfilment.
As Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for the wellbeing of the residents within the nursing home, including assessing, and implementing individual care plans. You will relate your theoretical and practical experience to ensure that the highest levels of care are achieved. You will also act as a mentor/role model to junior staff.
Working full time, you will be expected to work 3 long days per week, covering early and late shifts..
Salaries range from £23000-£25000 PA
To qualify for this post you must hold current NMC Registration, experience of EMI and good understanding of CQC.
