Retail Managers and Assistant Managers - Newquay/Penzance area

We are currently recruiting retail managers/assistant managers to join our growing retail team.

As an experienced retail professional, you will take pride in your management and problem solving skills in a fast moving retail environment.  You must be self-motivated with a pro-active approach to maintaining and improving sales and standards.

You will be active in running the store  to include:

All areas of people management eg recruitment, training, disciplinary

Stock control

Merchandising

Implementing company procedures and plans

Cash management
