Remedy ITSM Consultant - Permanent - Surrey - 40k to 55k + BenefitsI need a permanent Remedy ITSM Consultant for a Large End User client based in Surrey. The successful candidate will be a member of the team responsible for implementing applications which support our clients business across various functional areas. The ideal candidate will have an excellent understanding of BMC Remedy Service Desk as well as strong analytical and technical skills and will be required to perform the various activities associated with the requirements analysis, development, configuration, implementation, testing, problem resolution and maintenance of Remedy ITSM.This is a hands-on role and you will demonstrate a willingness and ability to work the details and have a demonstrated ability with implementing and managing issues and initiatives around the Remedy product set.The successful candidate will be:A self-driven individual who, given high-level direction, is comfortable driving successful outcomes by engaging and working through the detail. Someone who can quickly identify gaps and apply experience to architect a solution to a successful outcome. Able to project manage all aspects of a BMC Remedy implementation. Be comfortable working with key business users to extract and document requirements. Experienced in requirement capture, design, configuration and development across the various Remedy ITSM modules. Able to use relational database systems, preferably Microsoft SQL-Server. Comfortable working within an Agile development framework.
