Competitive Salary + Benefits
A charming listed building on the outskirts of Reading with the town centre just a mile away. Beacher Hall has been carefully converted into a well equipped, comfortable nursing home that has been awarded an 'excellent' rating from the Care Quality Commission.
The care we offer
Beacher Hall provides care for the young physically disabled. Specialising in brain injuries sustained as a result of an accident or disease. We care for residents with Parkinson's disease and MS and also offer care for elderly residents with life-limiting diseases. The home offers both long-term care and respite.
If you're an experienced nurse, choose a career at the forefront of clinical care, with a well-established and growing company. We believe in investing in the future - putting money into things like our facilities, our training and our people. In fact, you can trust us to go above and beyond in everything we do. We hope you will too. Here's what you can expect to be doing on a daily basis.
Managing a care team, you'll ensure the highest standards of one-to-one care. You know how important it is to treat everyone as an individual - with dignity and respect. And, you'll make sure everyone else does too.
You'll really get to know our residents and their families. After all, we think that listening to people; building relationships and giving them your time is vital to the delivery of high quality care. So we give you that time.
Making decisions, assessing needs and delivering care plans. We'll empower you to meet the physical, emotional and social needs of our residents and to help promote their independent living. We'll trust your experience and judgement.
Lead by example. You'll know when to delegate, how to deliver medication and the importance of maintaining high quality care documentation. You'll also help us champion dementia care and shape the care homes of the future.
We value you for just being yourself and bringing your skills and experience to work with you. So, whether you're newly qualified or have wide-ranging experience, we'll support and develop you with industry leading training and help you to gain recognised qualifications such as a Diploma Degree.
If you're thinking of joining us from overseas, we also offer support with visa applications and Home Office tier 2 sponsorship.
