Capita Resourcing are seeking 2 dedicated Consultants to Business Develop within the Private/Public Sector contract market. The consultant will sell the unique position of Capita within this market space, providing specialist support for resource within the bid proposition and contract implementation of outsource solutions.

Responsibilities

• Business Development
• Identifying Market trends
• Relationship Building
• Recruitment of Senior and Specialist IT Staff

The successful candidates will possess:

• 2 years + recruitment experience preferably in the IT sector.
• New business/business development experience a must.
• Motivated and driven by results.
