As an IT Quality Authority your main responsibilities will involve:

* Creating and applying a new quality management framework for IT services and products
* Helping to successfully introduce and operate new release management technologies
* Working with our strategic partners to implement a quality index
* Keeping up with the latest industry trends and shaping the future of quality management across our UK business
* Recruiting and developing top talent for our IT staff

As an IT Quality Authority your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

* Extensive IT and quality management experience
* The ability to effectively manage customer expectations
* Experience of working with and managing both on and offshore partners
* The ability to lead in a high-growth, high-uncertainty environment
* Outstanding communication and relationship management skills
