Product Systems Manager - Group IT

A manager is required to join the Product Systems team and manage the delivery of new products across the business. The Product Systems Manager will be involved in planning, scheduling and delivery of a variety of products. Candidates must have knowledge of personal insurance combined with excellent communication skills and an innovative and analytical approach to problem solving.

Key responsibilities include:

• To manage the delivery of new products and schemes, including analysis, development, testing and implementation
• To manage and develop a multi-discipline team to deliver to set business requirements
• To ensure monthly capacity and implementation plans are created, published and delivered
• To ensure relevant quality and governance controls are in place and adhered to
• Lead, motivate and develop the team engendering a collaborative culture where talent is recognised and encouraged

You will need to demonstrate:

• Experience in managing a multi-discipline team
• Sound problem solving and decision making skills
• The ability to plan and organise effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Working knowledge of the MS Office suite
• Personal insurance knowledge
