Performance Analyst

As an IT Performance Analyst your main responsibilities will involve:
* Improving operational performance and quality while keeping costs low
* Monitoring performance trends and providing the most appropriate course of action
* Making sure that service improvement programmes are in place for all longer-term performance issues
* Leading performance review meetings
* Delivering user-friendly presentations to senior stakeholders
As an IT Performance Analyst your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
* Scripting ability in any language
* Extensive Windows and Unix experience
* Experience of performing database queries
* A Six Sigma Green Belt
* Experience of working in an IT performance management function
