Nursing Home Manager
Excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager to manage a well-established, successfully-run 33-bed Nursing and Residential Care Home in the leafy suburbs of Congleton, East Cheshire.
The Care Home, a Grade II listed building of Georgian style situated in its own grounds and wooded areas, provides exceptional, person-centred care within a friendly, homely environment dedicated to meeting the individual needs of each of its residents.
The successful applicant will assume responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, with a key focus on leading by example to ensure consistently excellent levels of nursing and residential care, whilst at the same time driving occupancy levels through effective marketing and regular liasion with outside agencies.
Applicants should be experienced RGN's with a Registered Managers Award and at least 2 years' proven management experience in a supervisory role.
Outstanding communication, team-working and leadership skills are all essential, as is demonstrable experience in providing a service which meets all CQC registration requirements to a high standard.
