My Client is a leader in their market for providing IT services, due to business growth and development they have an opening for a 'Logistics Administrator' to join their logistics site in Chesterfield.
You will be responsible for processing Customer returns, Supplier Non conformances and Stock rotations in a timely and accurate manner, schedule van drivers time and arrange some exports via pre-defined carriers.
Essential
You will have experience in managing reports and updating accordingly on Excel.
Using Outlook as a method of communication
Processing orders/returns in a timely manner
Liaising with carriers and customers to achieve timely deliveries
Updating reports and filing accordingly.
Desirable
Experience in Sage Line 500 system
Previous experience in IT Product trade
Accountancy/Finance experience
This is a part time role consisting of 25 hours per week spread over 5 days at £7.00 per hour, shift patterns are negotiable and the client is looking at making this position Full time in the next year. There is on-sight parking available and training will be provided.
