My client is the appointed primary onsite recruitment provider to a major defence client and currently is looking for an Internal Recruitment Manager to help manage an internal team and scope, develop and deliver a high quality recruitment service across a number of disciplines and locations.

As an Internal Recruitment Manager you will have a variety of responsibilities including defining current and future resourcing needs with the client, communicating these to the Recruitment Team, attending regular review meetings with hiring managers to ensure that the SLA is being adhered to, financial planning and budgeting, developing and mentoring a team of recruiters, manage external supplier agreements etc.
