ITSM Consultants - ServiceCenter / Service Manager / AssetCenter / Asset Manager / Service-Now.com - Permanent & Contract A leading ITSM Consultancy are recruiting Permanent and Contract Technical Consultants (ServiceCenter / Service Manager AssetCenter / Asset Manager / Service-Now.com) for the UK with possible travel across Europe. We are looking for a flexible and enthusiastic Technical Consultants from the ITSM/ITAM/SNC Space. As a member of our clients market leading services team, you will implement various suites of software products at large, distributed European customers. Responsibilities: Design and implementation of HP ITSM, ITAM and Service-Now.com solutions. Gathering of business requirements and translating into technical solutions Pre sales activities to include the preparation and delivery of presentations Developing code packages and associated documentation Develop and deliver ITSM & ITAM & SNC technical training for customers, partners and end users. Support business development initiatives and activities Qualifications and Experience: University degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. Experience in a consulting role ideally in an IT Service Management, IT Asset Management or Service-Now.com environment or possibly in the IT department of a large organization. Knowledge of HP products and technologies i.e. Servicedesk, ServiceCenter, Service Manager, AssetCenter, Asset Manager, Connect-It, UCMDB, ACMDB. Options to cross train to Service-Now.com. Experience with one of the following RDBMS: SQL Server, Oracle, DB2. Experience with the following technologies: Microsoft SMS, LDAP, Active Directory, IIS, Apache, Tomcat, Websphere, scripting Visual Basic .NET, ASP.NET and Web Services.. Excellent verbal and written English; other languages are a plus.
