Advantage Technical Resourcing are looking to recruit a energetic, sales focused individual who can demonstrate a successful track record growing new business opportunities within all areas of the IT recruitment sectors (infrastructure, applications, data centres...) The ideal candidates will be self-motivated and results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on winning and developing new business.

The successful applicants will be forward planners who critically assess their own performance. You will possess a mature nature and be a credible presenter who is comfortable dealing with senior decision makers.

Responsibilities will cover:

• Identification, generation and development of new business opportunities within a target market or client sector.
• Deliver the full recruitment cycle; this is a genuine New Business role.
• Develop brand awareness through both quality and time commitment to building significant candidate relations.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven track record of generating new business is essential from cold to close
• Energetic, sales focused time management.
• Excellent communication skills, a natural networker and relationship builder.
• A subject matter expert in one market sector or a technology area.
• Good negotiation skills and persuasiveness
• Degree Educated or equivalent.
