Take on a responsible, business-critical IS role with the UK's largest hospitality business - ideal if you have the ITIL v3 Foundation and proven experience.The role
This role involves managing outsourced IS partners on behalf of one of Whitbread's key brands or divisions: Costa, Premier Inn, Beefeater, Brewers Fayre, Table Table, Taybarns, International or Head Office.You'll be responsible for ensuring our partners meet their service delivery and support commitments to our support centres, outlets and employees. Crucially, you will also identify and escalate any issues which could impact significantly on the business - providing a single point of ownership for major incidents.
You'll be aiming to avoid significant operational disruption, while gaining maximum value and strengthening relationships. There's real potential to make your mark by successfully reviewing and improving existing IS services - particularly through establishing incident trends and call drivers. With the rapid expansion of the Whitbread business, you can look forward to career development opportunities if you impress in this role.
Requirements
- The ITIL foundation and knowledge of service and supplier management.
- At least some operational experience in addition to a proven record of managing a predominantly outsourced IS support.
- Core hours are Mon - Fri 9-5, but you do require the flexibility to be on-call one week in six.
