German Speaking Software Sales Consultant

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a German Speaking Software Sales Consultant to join a well-established organisation based at their prestigious offices in Huntingdon.

Applicants MUST be able to speak German FLUENTLY as their mother tongue or a second language, as well as Fluent English as this role is to help out on the German speaking market. Candidates unable to speak fluent German need not apply as they will not be considered for this role (please ensure this is clearly stated on your CV).

As a German Speaking Software Sales Consultant you will ideally have a background in software sales and will be required to sell the clients products and services to existing accounts and to generate new incoming leads. You will renew licenses on existing accounts and be highly active on the telephone to generate and close sales and conduct live web-based product demonstrations. From time to time the role may require European travel.

The successful applicant will:
* Have the ability to work to management expectations without constant monitoring of activity
* Have a good sense of humour and a great personality who enjoys building strong working relationships.
* Be comfortable applying a consultative sales process; focus on understanding the problem first, then suggesting a range of solutions, then closing the deal
* Be confident with calling new incoming leads as well as existing customers
* Be confident enough to be able to talk to decision makers
* Possess a good working knowledge of the software and how software can be applied to solve business issues (training is provided)
* Be a strong and efficient communicator with the ability to work as part of a team and also under own initiative

This role is office based, so candidates will need to be within a suitable travelling distance to Huntingdon and they must be able to drive and have access to a car.

The client is offering a base salary of £24 - £30k with OTE of £40K plus company benefits.
