Our Aerospace client is looking for an experienced F & DT Engineer to join there team.

Responsibilities
Ensuring the fatigue and damage tolerance requirements of the product specified by the customer and airworthiness bodies are complied with performs fatigue and fracture mechanics calculations. Prepares structural integrity reports. Check and sign structural integrity reports for later approval. Recommends as to the desirability of performing structural and dynamic test, and analysing the results of such tests. Undertake any such work as deemed necessary by the Lead F & DT Engineer. Understand and implement all relevant departmental procedures.

Qualifications Required
Qualifications and Experience
HNC/HNC Degree in Engineering related discipline
Minimum 1-2 years related work experience
Sound knowledge of aircraft stress analysis
Sound knowledge of fatigue and damage tolerance
Knowledge of aerodynamics and loading
Knowledge of aeronautical workshop practices, processes and procedures.
Sound knowledge of aerospace materials and standard hardware.
Familiar with EASA Part 21
Ideally a Chartered Engineer or working towards that goal
Preferably held aerospace signatory status previously
