Experienced Band 6 Senior Physiotherapist
We are actively seeking an Experienced Band 6 Senior Physiotherapist to cover a 25hr per week, 12 month fixed term contract.
The successful candidate should ideally be able to demonstrate the following:
1; Physiotherapy assessment and treatment for both Outpatients and Inpatients and participate in pre-assessment clinics.
2; Provide clinical direction for other physiotherapy staff within the team.
3; Provide excellent customer service and promote a professional and caring environment.
4;Ensure compliance with appropriate regulatory and best practice frameworks.
5;Take an active role in supporting the implementation of national developments locally.
6;Participate in on call weekly and weekend rota monthly.
7;To work at satellite clinics as necessary.
Other skills that would be required are:
1; Energetic, proactive and driven to succeed.
2;Strong organisational and planning skills, including risk management.
3;Strong interpersonal skills:
4; Must be a Chartered Physiotherapist with at least four years postgraduate general hospital experience of which two must be in the Outpatient field.
5;Must be a Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).
6; Must be registered with the Health Professions Council (HPC).
