Looking after the wellbeing of our residents and thinking of new ways to do things even better, you'll support the Home Manager at a home that has 80 beds and excellent facilities. Enjoying plenty of variety at a home where every day is different and we really get to know our residents and their families, you'll help to make sure everything runs smoothly and everyone feels at home.

Taking responsibility for managing and motivating the care team, your role will involve delivering and monitoring all aspects of care, making sure that care plans are completed and residents are assessed and continually reassessed.

An RGN who leads by example, you must be able to co-ordinate rotas and meet the individual needs of residents as part of a wider multi-disciplinary community team. Passionate about making a real difference to people's lives, you should also share our innovative approach and thrive on complex and interesting work at the forefront of nursing care.
