As part of Investment Funds Direct Limited (founded 1982), Ascentric's 'Wrap' platform enables Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs) to view value and trade client investment portfolios. The technology we provide gives customers a clearer picture of how their entire portfolio is performing, putting them in control of their investments through their IFA.

Our goal is to be the independent wrap platform of choice. We strive to achieve this by constantly listening to our clients, by focusing on service delivery and by constantly improving the breadth and depth of our platform proposition.

The purpose of this role is to ensure that all trades are executed correctly in line with agreed SLA's.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all trades are executed within SLA with a high degree of accuracy at all times
• Ensure all confirmation issues are resolved in a timely manner
• Respond to queries raised by Customer Services or any other internal areas, IFA's and clients, efficiently, professionally and as quickly as possible
• Support other Operational Teams when required
• Advise dealing Team Leader of all outstanding and current issues

Knowledge/Experience

• Previous experience in exchange trading and fund dealing would be a preferred requirement
• Ability to solve problems

• To be able to communicate clearly and precisely
• PC literacy and Internet skills
