As Customer Services Manager you will be an initial point of contact for business customers throughout the country and responsible for continual assessment, development and delivery of Customer Service Plans. This will involve supervising and providing administrative support to a small team of field based engineers. There is significant scope for growth in this role as further business units will be become merged under a shared Customer Services function.
You are expected to have experience working with business customers and mindset of working to service levels agreements - SLAs. Previous experience of managing staff activity, creating rotas/schedules is highly desired.
You must have very good organisational skills and be able to communicate in a professional manner, work independently and with initiative. MS Office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook) are required for this role.
