The Point 9 team are looking for a well seasoned manager to Crisis Manage/Troubleshoot for our client who owns a small home that caters for clients with Dementia in Exeter.Duties will be:To carry responsibility for the management of the unit during the dayDevelop the skills of the care teamPromote and maintain a high standard of nursing careTo ensure effective induction of all staff, together with clinical supervision of trained staff, mentorship and assessment of student nurses and induction of new care staff.
