Corporate Actions/Dividends Administrator

Key responsibilities:

*To process Corporate Actions (both Mandatory and Voluntary) and Dividends on internal systems, ensuring a high degree of accuracy at all times.
*To process all equity, unit trust, OEIC, income and accumulation units received on internal systems, ensuring a high degree of accuracy at all times.
*To deal with any client/IFA queries and complaints received by post, email, fax or phone until the matter has been satisfactorily resolved and to ensure achievement of FOS and internal SLA's.
*Ensure that all new systems, procedures or policies are followed as directed by the Head of Corporate Events.
*Taking on ad hoc duties and tasks as and when requested by the Team Managers.
*Ensure that the "Treating Clients Fairly" principles are adhered to at all times.
*Being an established source of knowledge to all IFAs, clients and other staff members.
*Record and complete MI spreadsheets on daily basis.
*Liaise with other Teams within the Company eg Finance, Stock Reconciliations.

Previous experience in Financial Services preferable - Global Custody, Investment Management or Funds/Equity administration, Stock broking etc. Previous experience in a Corporate Actions or Dividend processing role would be a preferred requirement or background in Pricing/Stock Reconciliations with a knowledge of Tax Treatments for UK/Overseas Income would also be considered. Individuals holding the IAQ or similar (FPC/IOC etc) qualification are highly desirable.
