To deliver high availability, resilient, secure and robust operational functions for the BGL Group of companies we need to develop an IT Control Centre Team that can deliver 24/7, 365 days a year.

The success factors listed below
- Service Level Management as per agreed SLA's and KPI's.
- Systems and applications availability > 99%.
- End of Day, Financial and Month end processes completed successfully.
- Availability and performance reporting.
- Capacity planning/monitoring.
- Infrastructure Management (Availability, Backup, Security, Performance and Capacity Management).
- 2nd Line Technical Support (including 3 rd party co-ordination).
- Ensuring activities and processes undertaken are in accordance with the Rules and Principles of the FSA, our Affinities, and our Panel Members and other required governing bodies.
We will need you to have:-
- Previous experience of working in either a service management, operation centre or control bridge environment
- Working knowledge of fault finding techniques including co-ordination and control of call out groups
- Working knowledge of Real Time monitoring software and interpretation of alarms etc.
- Working knowledge of change management processes, a call centre environment support and of an E-commerce support endorsement
- I-series and Wintel knowledge and knowledge of Avaya voice platforms and Cisco Data Platforms
- Working as part of a 24 hour team
Please note: the hours for this role are based on a shift pattern of 4 on and 4 off covering 24hrs, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
