Care Home Manager
Excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager to manage an established, privately-owned Care Home specializing in Dementia Care, in a quite location on the outskirts of Runcorn, Cheshire. The Care Home provides comprehensive care services for over 30 elderly residents in an eighteenth century Georgian House, which is set in an acre of well-maintained gardens.
Applicants must be Registered Managers with a Registered Managers Award, along with at least 3 years' proven management experience in a supervisory role.
Outstanding communication, team-working and leadership skills are all essential, as is demonstrable experience in providing a service which meets all CQC registration requirements to a high standard.
A highly competitive salary of circa £30k p.a. (negotiable) awaits the successful candidate, along with the opportunity to earn bonus rewarding loyalty and high achievement.
