Graduale Engineer - 15 + years experience
Maintenance background
Heavy Engineering/Process Industry ( Steel/drinks/mining)
Commercial awareness and contract management
Good leadership skills.
A drive to learn new techniques
Ability to coach others
Strong commitment to health and safety of self and others, able to influence others poor safety behaviours and attitudes
Adept in dealing effectively with conflicting demands and priorities and managing personal time

The post holder will be accountable for the development and implementation of Asset Care Policy within for his discipline for assigned Refinery Assets providing discipline engineering expertise and support to the Asset in delivering plant integrity and availability this will be achieved through the application of the Asset Care Policy.
