Anti-Social Behaviour Officer

An Anti-Social Behaviour Officer is currently required, based in Christchurch, to deliver a responsive and proactive service to our residents. The focus of this role is to tackle all forms of hate crime, neighbour nuisance and anti-social behaviour by implementing Sovereign ASB policies and procedures while achieving performance standards and KPI's and providing exemplary customer service. We're looking for someone who is self motivated and can demonstrate a high level of empathy, tenacity and confidence when addressing a variety of issues and working with a wide range of partners.

Applicants must have a sound working knowledge of Housing, ASB, and criminal justice legislation, and have experience of complaint resolution and negotiating with aggrieved people. Strong problem solving skills and an ability to handle conflict are essential as is the ability to work effectively with people with different needs and partner agencies.
